Job Description:

We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Payroll Coordinator in Morristown, New Jersey. As part of our team, you will handle payroll preparation for multiple locations, work in close collaboration with our HR and HRIS teams, and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Job Responsibility:

Handle payroll preparation for multiple locations
Collaborate with HR and HRIS teams
Ensure compliance with local regulations
Manage payroll processes using Oracle and ADP platforms
Synchronize payroll activities, data management, and reporting
Address and resolve payroll discrepancies or issues
Work with independent local payroll providers

Requirements:

Proficiency in Oracle and ADP platforms
Experience in payroll preparation and documentation
Knowledge of local payroll regulations
Strong HR administration skills
Familiarity with 'About Time' software
Understanding of regulation and tax accounting
Experience with HRIS systems
Effective communication skills
Skilled in data management
Experience with 'ADP - Financial Services' is a plus
Familiarity with 'Join Me' software
Ability to collaborate with team members
Maintain confidentiality
Teamwork-oriented
Excellent time management skills
Ability to perform triage tasks efficiently
