Job Description:

For our client we are looking for a Payroll & HR Ops Partner (German) who will act as a link between internal teams and external partners, handling payroll, expat administration and audits whilst optimising systems and processes. If you have experience in HR and would like to develop your career in the direction of Payroll, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Job Responsibility:

Partnership-based cooperation with the external payroll provider for payroll accounting
Implementation of proper and timely payroll accounting in compliance with all legal and internal regulations
Cooperation with internal interfaces and shared service centers (e.g. payroll accounting team)
Administration of expat payroll in cooperation with external partners
Support for monthly closing
Supporting the HR manager with external and internal audits
Ensuring proper handling of the absence process/long-term sick leave
Creation of employment references, HR letters and employment contracts
Contact for employees on payroll accounting and HR issues

Requirements:

min. 3 years of professional experience in HR departement ( HR Operations
Payroll)
Fluent in German and English
Commercial training or completed business studies
Experience in working with international internal and external providers
Very good knowledge of MS Office applications (especially Excel)
Strong teamwork skills, customer orientation, reliability and hands-on mentality
