Job Responsibility:
oversee the bi-weekly payroll process for approximately 400-500 employees using NetSuite
process standard payroll deductions and taxes
serve as the main point of contact on payroll-related matters
handle payroll reporting and maintain accurate records for audits and internal reviews
assist with higher-level organizational functions
Requirements:
5+ years of payroll experience
strong understanding of payroll processes, federal/state tax guidelines, and workers’ compensation reporting
familiarity with NetSuite preferred
minimum of 5 years of experience in a payroll supervisory/managerial/director role
proficiency in 401k - RRSP Administration
strong knowledge of Benefit Functions
experience with NetSuite
ability to handle bi-Monthly Payroll
possession of a Certified Payroll Detail Oriented (CPP) certification
proven experience in Full Cycle Payroll
experience in managing Payroll for 101 - 500 Employees
