Job Description:

We are seeking a Payroll Manager to join our client's team located in Houston, Texas, 77058, United States. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of union payroll operations, supervise payroll staff, and manage communications related to payroll within the department.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee weekly full-cycle payroll process
Manage year-end processing, including W-2s and all payroll reporting
Reconcile benefits
VOE, W-, and general payroll inquiries

Requirements:

Union Payroll experience required
Excel - Advanced with complex formulas is required
Bilingual - English and Spanish
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is required
