Job Description:

We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Payroll Manager in Cincinnati, Ohio. As a key part of our team, the Payroll Manager will play an integral role in managing and overseeing our payroll processes for multiple locations.

Job Responsibility:

Overseeing and managing the payroll processes for multiple locations
Implementing and optimizing the use of Paycor software
Handling all payroll-related inquiries and concerns for 2000+ employees
Ensuring accurate and efficient processing of payroll transactions
Conducting audits and reviews to ensure compliance with payroll policies and regulations
Managing and resolving issues related to payroll garnishments
Ensuring accurate payroll tax reporting and compliance with local and multi-state payroll tax laws
Implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in payroll operations
Managing all in-house payroll functions and maintaining accurate employee records
Overseeing all aspects of payroll management, including benefits and accounting functions

Requirements:

Proficiency in Accounting Functions
Experience in Auditing
Knowledge of Benefit Functions
Familiarity with Full Cycle Payroll
Understanding of Local Payroll Tax
Expertise in Multi-state Payroll
Ability to handle Multistate Payroll
Proficiency in Payroll
Experience in handling Payroll - Garnishments
Proficiency in Payroll - Multi-State
Knowledge of Payroll Functions
Expertise in Payroll Management
Familiarity with Payroll software
Proficiency in Payroll Tax Reporting
Experience in managing Payroll Taxes
