Job Description:

Randstad is seeking a driven Payroll Officer for a permanent Payroll Officer role working for a national organisation. You'll assist in processing payroll for approximately 700 staff across Australia. You will report into the Payroll Manager and sit within the HR division.

Job Responsibility:

Working with an outsourced provider to process pay for 700 + staff fortnightly
Maintain compliance and stay up to date with local legislation
Respond to payroll queries in a timely manner
Assist with fortnightly PAYG and super checks
Assist with process improvement projects

Requirements:

End-to-end payroll experience is preferred but not essential
Exposure working with a payroll outsourced provider is a benefit
Excellent attention to detail
Strong legislative knowledge
Excellent relationship-building skills
