Job Description:

Join a growing international organization as a Payroll Operations Specialist. Manage payroll operations for a global media company with a focus on compliance, accuracy, and effective communication. Support audits, handle payroll adjustments, and operate independently while ensuring legal and tax compliance.

Job Responsibility:

Proactively address and communicate issues to stakeholders, minimizing financial risk
Efficiently manage wage garnishments, liens, and minor trust accounts, ensuring compliance
Process talent overpayments, including record setup and credit issuance
Handle legal requests (subpoenas, VOEs, etc.) and route appropriately
Provide expert support to internal teams and employees on payroll and tax matters
Support audit requests with accurate and organized documentation
Maintain meticulous records for all inquiries and adjustments

Requirements:

Customer Service support including 1-3 years of experience supporting payroll operations
Experience with USA Payroll database software applications and reports
Advanced English language skills (written and spoken)
Proven ability to multitask and meet assigned deadlines
highly detail oriented and organized in work
Proven ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from the manager to accomplish objectives
