Job Description:

The Manager, Payroll Integration and Reporting & Analytics is a 16-month fixed-term role responsible for leading the payroll integration project across Managed by Marriott Mexico hotels. This role will oversee the successful planning, execution, and implementation of a unified payroll system, ensuring seamless integration and compliance with financial processes.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the payroll integration project lifecycle
Facilitate communication and collaboration between payroll vendor and regional, area, and property teams
Act as the primary liaison with the selected vendor
Monitor newly implemented projects
Track project scope, deployment progress
Develop and maintain business cases
Maintain tools and dashboards
Provide necessary training and support to hotel teams
Monitor and report on delivery goals
Contribute to broader regional HR and finance initiatives
Address technical and operational issues proactively
Oversee financial aspects of the project
Identify opportunities for process improvements

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management or related major
4+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, hotel management, business analysis, or related professional areas
Fluency in English and Spanish required
Familiarity with on-property finance processes, including P&Ls, reconciliations, and controls, is preferred
