We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Payroll & Benefits Specialist in the manufacturing industry, based in Windsor, Connecticut, United States. The role involves a wide range of administrative tasks related to payroll, benefits, and leave of absences. This role necessitates the processing of multi-state payroll and related reporting, as well as the administration of employee benefits and leave of absences.
Job Responsibility:
Multi-state payroll processing for over 500 employees
Manage all payroll deductions
Handle the processing and administration of leaves of absence
Provide broad range of administrative support related to payroll and benefits
Utilize the Kronos system for payroll processing and other related tasks
Requirements:
2+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
KRONOS or other payroll platform experience
MS Office Suite proficiency
Benefits administration or LOA experience is preferred but not required
Comfortable with constant communication with employees companywide at all levels
Nice to have:
Benefits administration or LOA experience
