Job Description:

This opportunity with Robert Half's Full-Time Engagement Professionals Practice is a full-time, permanent position as a Project Accountant. As an employee of our practice, you will help scope, plan and execute a variety of Accounting & Finance projects/engagements. Your engagements will range from interim staff roles, such as Reconciliation, Month End, Audit prep/remediation etc. to implementing process improvement and over all attacking business challenges of our clients.

Job Responsibility:

PeopleSoft Query Reporting - Extensive reporting to find these error logs
Handle payroll errors that were kicked out of the system
Review complex payroll issues and uncover solution
Communicate with client employees regarding findings and corrections
Maintaining historical records by filing documents

Requirements:

PeopleSoft experience (5+ years)
Time & Labor experience
Absence Management experience
HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems
HRIS Analysis
HRIS Payroll System
HRIS Implementation
PeopleSoft HRIS, PeopleSoft HCM, PeopleSoft Human Capital
Payroll, Certified Payroll, Process Payroll
Absence Management, Backend Testing, Integration Testing, PS Query, PeopleSoft Query
Microsoft Excel

Nice to have:

Business Analysis skills
Functional documentation skills
System Testing skills
User interaction / customer service skills
PeopleSoft Query experience
SQL experience (Oracle or SQL Server)
