Job Description:

We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Payroll Specialist in Richardson, Texas. Being a part of the service industry, this role requires you to be based in our office initially, with the possibility of transitioning to a hybrid schedule later.

Job Responsibility:

Accurately process bi-weekly payroll involving various components such as hourly, salary, and bonuses
Utilize accounting software systems, including ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now, to manage payroll
Leverage Ceridian and Dayforce for efficient payroll processing
Administer 401k - RRSP and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance
Utilize About Time software for effective management of accounting functions
Oversee benefit functions and ensure they are executed as per the organization's guidelines
Use your expertise in Paylocity for efficient payroll management
Perform various accounting functions as required by the role
Ensure all employee records are maintained accurately and up-to-date
Handle and resolve any payroll-related inquiries from employees

Requirements:

Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services
Experience with ADP Workforce Now
Knowledge of Ceridian and Dayforce software
Understanding of 401k - RRSP Administration
Ability to work with About Time software
Comprehensive knowledge of Accounting Functions
Experience in Auditing
Familiarity with Benefit Functions
Proficiency in using Paylocity software
