Fast growing company has a great opportunity to work as a Payroll Specialist with multi-state payroll processing experience. As the Payroll Specialist, you will process bi-weekly payroll accurately and timely, review timekeeping administration, prepare journal entries, maintain client records, reconcile payroll, process garnishments/deductions, prepare payroll adjustments, analyze taxation of employer paid benefits, assist with benefits enrollment, and join in the audit process. This candidate must have knowledge of payroll, wage and tax laws, and have the ability to prepare filings for federal and state quarterly and annual payroll reports.

Handle incoming payroll call inquiries
Perform payroll audits
Respond to payroll inquiries
Tax Reporting
Statistical Recordkeeping
Process year end tax documents
Prepare weekly/monthly payroll reports
Requirements:
4+ years of payroll processing experience
Large company experience preferred
Proven experience processing payroll for 500+ employees
Strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations
