Job Description:

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Specialist in the Wholesale Distribution industry. Located in Bedminster, New Jersey, this role will involve handling various payroll duties within our finance team.

Job Responsibility:

Accurately and efficiently processing customer credit applications
Collecting timesheet data and payroll information
Entering data into payroll databases
Reporting monthly hours and wages along with payments due to various Unions
Administering and maintaining the electronic timekeeping system
Maintaining and updating personnel records
Processing manual checks when necessary
Responding to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues and concerns
Generating and reconciling payment requests via the AP department for all employee contributions
Ensuring the completion of payroll in a timely manner

Requirements:

Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services
Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
Ability to use Dayforce
Experience with ADP Workforce Now
Experience in Accounting Functions
Understanding of About Time software
Knowledge of Ceridian
Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP)
Auditing skills

Nice to have:

Experience with Benefit Functions
Understanding of About Time software
Knowledge of Ceridian
