Job Description:

We are searching for a meticulous Payroll Specialist to join our Boston-based team. This role will entail overseeing payroll operations for a substantial number of employees across multiple states. You will be tasked with ensuring accuracy and compliance in all payroll matters, managing ADP systems, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance processes. This role offers an exciting opportunity for those with a keen eye for numbers and a passion for payroll management.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee bi-weekly, monthly, and special payment payrolls for over 6,200 employees
Audit payroll data to guarantee accuracy and compliance with state and federal regulations
Manage and optimize ADP systems for efficient payroll processing
Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to troubleshoot and streamline payroll operations
Execute full cycle payroll, ensuring all aspects from start to finish are handled accurately
Administer benefits payroll, ensuring all employee benefits are accurately reflected in payroll
Manage 401k - RRSP Administration, ensuring all retirement contributions are accurately processed
Utilize ADP Workforce Now and Crystal Reports for payroll management and reporting
Handle accounting functions related to payroll, ensuring accurate financial records and reporting
Oversee payroll for over 500 employees, ensuring all payroll processes are executed accurately and on time

Requirements:

Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
Experience with ADP Workforce Now
Familiarity with Crystal Reports
Knowledge of 401k - RRSP Administration
Understanding of Accounting Functions
Experience with ADP - Payroll
Proficiency in Benefits Payroll
Experience in Full Cycle Payroll
Ability to manage Payroll for over 500 Employees
