Job Description:

As a Payroll Specialist, you will join the Global Finance Shared Services team to manage payroll operations across EMEA countries, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and exceptional employee experience. The role involves overseeing payroll processes, collaborating with third-party vendors, driving process improvements, and ensuring compliance with regulations across multiple jurisdictions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for EMEA countries, ensuring accurate and timely payroll operations in line with global policies and local regulations
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure smooth payroll delivery and address any payroll-related issues in a timely manner
  • Act as the main point of contact for payroll inquiries, working closely with HR Shared Services to resolve any employee payroll concerns and ensure a positive employee experience
  • Prepare, process, and distribute payroll reports, tax year-end reports, and related documentation while ensuring completeness and accuracy
  • Drive continuous process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for enhancing payroll accuracy, efficiency, and employee satisfaction
  • Lead payroll process transitions, ensuring smooth integration during system or procedural changes, and managing the full implementation of new processes
  • Support the development and maintenance of payroll procedures and documentation, ensuring that processes are clear, effective, and compliant with all regulations
  • Monitor regulatory changes and ensure payroll processes remain compliant with evolving legal requirements across multiple jurisdictions.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree is required
  • CIPP certification is a valuable asset
  • At least 4 years of experience in international payroll administration, preferably within a shared services environment
  • In-depth expertise in managing payroll processes across multiple countries and experience collaborating with third-party payroll providers
  • Strong proficiency in payroll systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, ADP Celergo, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proven track record of leading process transitions and driving continuous improvement in payroll operations, with an emphasis on accuracy and efficiency
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting complex information to stakeholders at all levels
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with a passion for streamlining and optimizing payroll processes
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential
  • proficiency in another European language is a plus.
