Job Description:

We are providing an opportunity for a Payroll Supervisor/Manager/Director to join our team located in Longwood, Florida, United States. This role is primarily focused on overseeing and managing all aspects of payroll within the financial services industry.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee and manage all aspects of payroll processing and administration
Utilize ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now to streamline payroll functions
Implement ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for efficient data transfer
Administer 401k - RRSP Administration for employee benefits
Utilize 'About Time' software for effective time management
Oversee accounting functions to ensure financial accuracy
Conduct auditing processes to ensure compliance and accuracy
Manage benefit functions including enrollment and administration
Implement Certified Payroll processes and ensure compliance with Prevailing Wage laws

Requirements:

Certified payroll, prevailing wage experience a MUST
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a payroll supervisory or managerial role
Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now
Knowledge of 401k - RRSP Administration and About Time software
Ability to manage accounting functions and auditing tasks
Experience with benefit functions, certified payroll, and prevailing wage
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred
Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification is a plus
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
