Job Description:

We are in search of a Payroll Supervisor/Manager/Director to join our team located in Mountain View, California. In this role, you will be tasked with overseeing a high volume, multi-state payroll environment utilizing UKG. This position is within a rapidly developing company and will involve managing a team of four, dealing with a large non-exempt employee population.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee and manage a team of 4 in the payroll department
Handle a high volume, multi-state payroll environment using ADP Workforce Now
Manage payroll for a large non-exempt employee population
Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of processing customer credit applications
Maintain accurate customer credit records
Effectively handle additions and terminations each bi-weekly pay period
Manage a workforce of over 1000 employees across multiple states
Handle complex commissions
Apply effective payroll management strategies

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years experience in a payroll supervisory or managerial role required
Proficiency in using UKG is highly desired
Demonstrated experience in managing multi-state payroll
Proven ability to compute and manage commissions
Previous experience handling payroll for over 700 employees
Staff Management experience
