Job Description:

Join our dynamic Global Finance Shared Services team as an EMEA Payroll Supervisor, where you’ll play a pivotal role in managing payroll operations across Europe. In this position, you will oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and a seamless experience for employees across multiple countries. As part of a global team, you'll help drive operational excellence and enhance the overall payroll function while working in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the payroll processing for EMEA countries, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant payroll operations in line with global policies and local regulations
  • Foster strong relationships with third-party vendors to ensure seamless payroll service delivery and address any payroll-related issues promptly
  • Act as a key point of contact for payroll inquiries, providing solutions to ensure a positive experience for employees in collaboration with HR Shared Services
  • Oversee the preparation, processing, and distribution of payroll reports, tax year-end reports, payroll manuals, and related documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing payroll accuracy, efficiency, and employee satisfaction through strategic process enhancements
  • Safeguard the confidentiality and security of payroll data, ensuring compliance with all relevant privacy and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in payroll management (7-10 years) within a multinational environment, including managing payroll processes across multiple countries
  • Proven track record of managing payroll teams (2-3 direct reports) and collaborating with third-party vendors to deliver exceptional service
  • Strong proficiency in payroll systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, ADP Celergo, and Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on driving system optimization and efficiency
  • Outstanding leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to guide and develop teams while fostering collaboration across departments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information confidently to stakeholders at all levels
  • Fluency in English is essential
  • proficiency in another major European language (French, German, Spanish, or Italian) is a plus
  • CIPP certification is highly preferred, along with relevant practical experience in payroll and compliance
