Join our dynamic Global Finance Shared Services team as an EMEA Payroll Supervisor, where you’ll play a pivotal role in managing payroll operations across Europe. In this position, you will oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and a seamless experience for employees across multiple countries. As part of a global team, you'll help drive operational excellence and enhance the overall payroll function while working in a supportive, growth-focused environment.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the payroll processing for EMEA countries, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant payroll operations in line with global policies and local regulations
Foster strong relationships with third-party vendors to ensure seamless payroll service delivery and address any payroll-related issues promptly
Act as a key point of contact for payroll inquiries, providing solutions to ensure a positive experience for employees in collaboration with HR Shared Services
Oversee the preparation, processing, and distribution of payroll reports, tax year-end reports, payroll manuals, and related documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Champion continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing payroll accuracy, efficiency, and employee satisfaction through strategic process enhancements
Safeguard the confidentiality and security of payroll data, ensuring compliance with all relevant privacy and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
Extensive experience in payroll management (7-10 years) within a multinational environment, including managing payroll processes across multiple countries
Proven track record of managing payroll teams (2-3 direct reports) and collaborating with third-party vendors to deliver exceptional service
Strong proficiency in payroll systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, ADP Celergo, and Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on driving system optimization and efficiency
Outstanding leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to guide and develop teams while fostering collaboration across departments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information confidently to stakeholders at all levels
Fluency in English is essential
proficiency in another major European language (French, German, Spanish, or Italian) is a plus
CIPP certification is highly preferred, along with relevant practical experience in payroll and compliance
Nice to have:
