Job Responsibility:

  • Handle all tax filings and stock vesting, ensuring compliance and accuracy
  • Process federal and state w4 for our workforce, ensuring all details are updated and accurate
  • Collaborate with the payroll team, contributing to smooth processing and efficient teamwork
  • Manage payroll tax deposits and reporting, ensuring all transactions are carried out as per the schedule
  • Prepare and submit payroll tax returns, ensuring all data is accurate and deadlines are met
  • Oversee local payroll tax, ensuring all local tax regulations are adhered to
  • Utilize PeopleSoft for payroll processing, maintaining efficiency and accuracy
  • Ensure all payroll taxes are calculated and deducted accurately, avoiding any discrepancies
  • Work in a deadline-driven environment, maintaining a sense of urgency and attention to detail

Requirements:

  • Applicant must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in the field of Payroll Tax Accounting, particularly in the hospitality industry
  • Proficiency in handling Annual Income Tax Provision is required
  • Experience with Payroll Tax Deposits is essential
  • Knowledge and practical application of Local Payroll Tax is necessary
  • Candidate should possess skills in Payroll Tax Reporting
  • Expertise in preparing and reviewing Payroll Tax Returns is expected
  • Familiarity with Payroll Taxes in general is a must
  • Proficiency in using PeopleSoft for payroll processing and tax-related tasks is required
