Job Description:

Randstad are pleased to be once again partnering with our client who are a respected national business headquartered in Brisbane’s Southern suburbs. They are seeking a Payroll Team Leader to join their large payroll team.

Job Responsibility:

Weekly payroll processing including new starters, terminations, redundancies, leave calculations, superannuation, etc.
End of month and end of year reporting
Provide mentorship and guidance to the team
Assisting the Payroll Manager and other Team Leader with supporting the broader payroll team

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in a leadership or supervisory role
Experience using a large system and high volume processing skills
Exceptional communication skills
Full and unlimited Australian working rights
