Job Description:

We are on the hunt for a skilled PC Technician to be a part of our team. Stationed in Kirkwood, New York, this role provides an opportunity to engage in various tech-related tasks, such as managing lifecycle projects, addressing break/fix issues, and deploying new equipment in the IT industry. This offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Job Responsibility:

Handling refresh and lifecycle projects efficiently
Addressing break/fix issues promptly
Deployment of new equipment to enhance operational efficiency
Installation and configuration of Wi-Fi Access Points
Managing and maintaining Windows 11 systems
Utilizing Dell Technologies for various computer hardware tasks
Working with Active Directory for network management
Ensuring the proper operation of Wireless Access Points

Requirements:

Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience as a PC Technician or in a similar role
Demonstrate proficiency in Computer Hardware
Have experience with Dell Technologies
Show expertise in managing Active Directory
Be adept at working with Windows 11
Exhibit skills in troubleshooting and resolving Break Fix issues
Have knowledge of setting up and managing Wireless Access Points
