Job Description:

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a PC Technician in the Information Technology industry, located in Beverly Hills, California. The individual will primarily be engaged in confirming end-points post network VLAN cutovers and auxiliary tasks during downtime.

Job Responsibility:

Confirm and validate end-points such as IP phones, computers, printers, Chromeboxes, etc. following network VLAN cutovers
During periods of downtime, assist with tasks like equipment inventory and relocation
Engage in the imaging process as required
Maintain an accurate inventory of equipment and ensure their effective utilization
Provide assistance in maintaining and updating Macintosh systems as necessary
Be involved in the management and resolution of issues related to Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server

Requirements:

Proficient in Macintosh operating systems and applications
Advanced understanding of PC Hardware, including installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance
Extensive experience with PC Desktop - Workstation, including setup, configuration, and management
Demonstrated PC Skills, including proficiency in various software and applications
Familiarity with Routers, including setup, troubleshooting, and network configuration
Proficiency in using Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server for collaborative work
Knowledge of Data General systems, including operation and maintenance
