Job Responsibility:
Improve HR Operations: Contribute to the refinement the HR systems, enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness
support Employee Life cycle: Manage employee variations and assist with the onboarding of new team members
ensure Compliance Integrity: Uphold compliance standards, ensuring the organisation meets all regulatory requirements and audit benchmarks
provide Essential P&C Support: Deliver valuable administrative and operational support, becoming an integral part of their People & Culture team
Requirements:
Prior experience as a People & Culture Administrator
proven experience working within Government, Non-Profit, Health care, Childcare, or related sectors
a strong understanding of the SCHADS Award
ability to work independently
take initiative
eagerness to work collaboratively within a supportive team environment
