Job Description:

They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Performance Marketing Director to spearhead their performance marketing team. With a proven track record of success in performance marketing, you will shape the strategic vision, drive client achievements, and cultivate a high-performing team. You will oversee performance marketing initiatives, ensuring they align with business goals and continuously refining strategies for maximum impact. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution—leading the team, collaborating closely with clients, and working across departments to achieve exceptional results in digital marketing.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the Performance Team to achieve client KPIs
Directly manage top-tier clients
Oversee budget and goal pacing
Develop growth marketing strategies
Contribute to new client onboarding
Drive revenue growth
Participate in new business initiatives
Contribute to resource planning and business forecasts
Set performance standards
Lead and develop team members
Enhance internal processes

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree from a recognised institution is highly preferred
Proven experience in performance marketing, with agency experience
At least 5+ years managing successful performance marketing teams
3+ years of people management experience
Proven track record of leading effective marketing operations
Strong expertise in paid marketing / media
Experience managing numerous client campaigns and over $5M in annual advertising spends
Ability to manage from strategy to optimization
Experience with Project Management software
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong time management and communication skills to interface between internal stakeholders and clients
