The Personal Assistants and Team Assistants colleagues in our department provide remote administrative support to Executives in the Allianz group, facilitating the collaboration with and between clients and constantly striving for easing their workload, through a series of administrative tasks.
Coordinate events or international workshops, online/hybrid/onsite, including logistics, and agenda setting
Processing reimbursements / invoice checks
Travel management
General administrative tasks and ad-hoc requests
Requirements:
Good communication skills
Good organizational skills
Strong English, written and spoken (German language is a plus)
Knowledge of MS Office package, especially Outlook and PPT/Excel
Nice to have:
German language
Can-do attitude
Open mind towards constant learning
Orientation towards customer excellence
