We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant to join our team based in Reston, Virginia. This role primarily involves administrative tasks, customer service, and operations in the industry.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and maintain calendars efficiently, ensuring all appointments and meetings are updated
Handle billing functions using tools such as Excel and bill.com
Provide comprehensive administrative assistance, including managing correspondence and scheduling meetings
Arrange travel for staff members, including booking flights, accommodations, and creating itineraries
Utilize Microsoft Word and other software for various administrative tasks
Monitor and process customer inquiries, ensuring they are handled promptly and effectively
Maintain accurate customer records, updating as necessary
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years experience in a Personal Assistant role or similar position
Proficient in billing functions, including invoice processing and tracking payments
Demonstrated experience in providing administrative assistance such as managing correspondence, updating paperwork, maintaining records, and formulating reports
Proven expertise in calendar management, including scheduling meetings and appointments, and coordinating team events
Experience in arranging travel, including booking flights, hotel accommodation, and transportation
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across all levels of the company
Proficient in the use of office software, such as Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools
Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills when required
