Robert Half is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Personal Injury Intake Coordinator to join our client in Orange County. This is a dynamic, client-facing role that requires a bilingual (Spanish/English) professional with a passion for helping others and the ability to work in a high-demand environment. As a Personal Injury Intake Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients seeking legal assistance. You will conduct initial intake interviews, gather detailed information, and assess the viability of new cases. This role requires making outbound calls to potential clients, following up with leads, and providing excellent customer service.
Job Responsibility:
Make outbound calls to potential clients who have inquired about personal injury claims, providing information about the firm’s services and case process
Conduct thorough intake interviews to gather relevant information from clients in both English and Spanish
Assess the eligibility of potential clients for personal injury representation based on firm criteria
Accurately document client information and case details into the firm’s case management system
Schedule consultations between clients and attorneys
Follow up with leads, ensuring timely communication and status updates on potential cases
Ensure all client interactions are handled professionally and with empathy
Collaborate with the legal team to ensure timely handling of client intake and case progression
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and providing updates on their case status
Maintain an understanding of personal injury law to effectively communicate with clients and understand their needs.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience working in a high-volume personal injury law firm or legal intake environment
Fluent in both Spanish and English (required)
Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively explain legal processes and services
Ability to manage a large volume of calls and client intake cases efficiently
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience with legal case management software is a plus
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Compassionate, empathetic, and able to maintain a positive, professional demeanor in stressful situations.
