Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated, experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our expert legal team. This role involves managing personal injury cases, negotiating settlements, preparing legal documents, and appearing in court. We offer competitive salary, benefits, and a flexible work environment.

Job Responsibility:

Manage all aspects of personal injury litigation cases from inception through trial
effectively negotiate settlements with insurance companies
prepare and draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery
appear in court for conferences, hearings, and trials

Requirements:

Professional degree in law (JD)
admission to the State Bar
demonstrated proficiency in Case Management Software
experience with Document Management is necessary
ability to construct and deliver clear Briefings
solid background in Civil Litigation
skilled in Complaint Handling procedures
proficient in Personal Injury Law
extensive experience in Personal Injury Litigation
knowledge of Personal Injury Plaintiffs representation
experience with Jury Trials
ability to summarize and handle Depositions effectively
excellent written and verbal communication skills
ability to work independently and as part of a team
high level of organizational skills and attention to detail
strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
commitment to ethical and confidentiality guidelines
ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
