Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated, experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our expert team of legal professionals. If you possess an innovative mind, a passion for justice, and the desire to make a positive difference in people's lives, we want you on our team!

Job Responsibility:

Manage all aspects of personal injury litigation cases from inception through trial
Effectively negotiate settlements with insurance companies
Prepare and draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery
Appear in court for conferences, hearings, and trials

Requirements:

Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school
License to practice law in the state of Missouri
Proven personal injury litigation experience
Outstanding problem-solving and negotiation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated proficiency in Case Management Software
Experience with Document Management
Ability to construct and deliver clear Briefings
Solid background in Civil Litigation
Skilled in Complaint Handling procedures
Proficient in Personal Injury Law
Extensive experience in Personal Injury Litigation
Knowledge of Personal Injury Plaintiffs representation
Experience with Jury Trials
Ability to summarize and handle Depositions effectively
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Commitment to ethical and confidentiality guidelines
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
