Job Description:

We are working on an exciting opportunity for an experienced and detail-oriented Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal in Dallas, Texas. The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of tasks including processing legal documents, maintaining client communication, and preparing for trials. Job Responsibility:

Prepare and draft various legal documents such as pleadings, discovery, and motions with accuracy
Maintain open lines of communication with clients, counsel, experts, and courts
Oversee the auditing of case expenses including medical bills, case expenses, LOP providers, and subrogation liens
Ensure accurate maintenance of case management data in FileVine
Assist in trial preparation and the creation of trial documents
Exhibit proficiency in personal injury law, particularly cases involving motor vehicle collisions
Maintain an understanding of common deadlines and protocols in personal injury litigation
Possess experience in handling trucking-related cases, though not mandatory
Utilize skills in Calendar Management, Claim Administration, Personal Injury Litigation, Drafting Legal Documents, and Trial Preparation

Requirements:
