Job Description:

Exciting opportunity for a pharmacist to join our Specialty Mail Service Pharmacy located in Columbia, MD. Specialty pharmacy is an exciting area for pharmacist, especially at CVS Health. We are a Fortune 6 company and are one of the largest providers for specialty medications in the country. Job Responsibility:

Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals
Provide leadership and guidance to support staff
Ensure the accurate delivery of pharmaceutical care services, which include drug therapy monitoring, patient education, drug information and chronic disease state management for our clinical programs
Support compounding operations at the facility

Requirements:

Current Pharmacist license in Maryland in good standing
1 Year pharmacy experience
Six months work experience with Windows operations including microsoft office, internet navigation, and email applications
Computer keyboarding skills and aptitude
Ability to obtain additional Pharmacist licensure as needed

Nice to have:

RPh license in other states desirable
healthcare experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions
Compounding experience
