Job Description:

As a 3rd year pharmacy intern, you have a significant role working as part of the pharmacy team to deliver exceptional care for patients. You'll work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to ensure patient safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and effective workflow management, while fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure a safe and effective Retail Pharmacy work environment
Adopt and manage patient care programs.

Requirements:

Accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy
0-3 years relevant work experience
Must possess or be in process of obtaining valid intern and/or technician licensure as required
Strong communication and presentation skills
Complete all required training within state guidelines and required timeframe
Ability to have regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
Ability to be mobile and remain upright for extended periods of time
Ability to lift, scan, and bag items
Finger Dexterity
Ability to reach overhead and stretch or reach out with arms or legs
Ability to extend hands and arms in multiple directions
Ability to stoop to a considerable degree
Close visual acuity
Ability to orally communicate information and instructions
Occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Immunization eligibility (preferred qualification).
