Job Description:

As a 3rd-year pharmacy intern at CVS Health, you will work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to ensure a safe and effective retail pharmacy environment. Responsibilities include patient safety, pharmacy professional practice, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, customer service, inventory management, and workflow management.

Requirements:

Accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy
0-3 years relevant work experience
Must possess or be in process of obtaining valid intern and/or technician licensure as required
Strong communication and presentation skills
Complete all required training within state guidelines and required timeframe
Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
Be mobile and remain upright for extended periods of time
Lift, scan, and bag items
Finger dexterity
Reach overhead
Extend hands and arms to place or move items
Stoop to move items between low and high positions
Precision control
Close visual acuity
Ability to orally communicate instructions
Occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs.

Nice to have:

Immunization eligibility
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Once state regulations are met, provide patient immunizations.
