Job Description:

As a 3rd year pharmacy intern, work as part of the pharmacy team to deliver exceptional care under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. Ensure patient safety, professional practice, quality assurance, and manage inventory and workflow. Participate in patient care programs and contribute to a team culture promoting empathy and positive outcomes.

Requirements:

Accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy
0-3 years relevant work experience
Must possess or be in process of obtaining valid intern and/or technician licensure as required
Strong communication and presentation skills
Complete all required training within state guidelines and required timeframe
Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
Ability to be mobile and remain upright for extended periods of time
Lift, scan, and bag items
Finger Dexterity: Picking, pinching, typing or otherwise working primarily with fingers
Reach overhead to grasp items
Extend hand(s) and arm(s) to place, move, or lift items
Precision control: adjust machines to exact positions
Stoop and use lower extremities and back muscles
Visual Acuity for transcribing and viewing a computer terminal
Able to orally communicate information
Occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs

Nice to have:

Immunization eligibility
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
