Job Description:

The role involves working as a 3rd-year pharmacy intern under supervision of a licensed pharmacist, contributing to patient safety, regulatory compliance, customer service, inventory management, and team collaboration, with a focus on delivering quality care and fostering a supportive work environment.

Requirements:

Accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy
0-3 years relevant work experience
Must possess or be in process of obtaining valid intern and/or technician licensure as required
Strong communication and presentation skills
Complete all required training within state guidelines and required timeframe
Ability to have regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
Ability to be mobile and remain upright for extended periods of time
Ability to lift, scan, and bag items
Finger Dexterity: Picking, pinching, typing or otherwise working primarily with fingers
Ability to reach overhead, stretch or reach out with body, arms, and/or legs to grasp items
Precision control: Able to adjust machines to exact positions
Stoop to a considerable degree using lower extremities
Visual Acuity: Close visual acuity to perform activities such as transcribing and reading
Ability to orally communicate information and instructions
Occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs
Ability to complete additional tasks as directed by supervisor or manager.

Nice to have:

Immunization eligibility
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Ability to provide patient immunizations once state regulations are met.
