Job Description:

As a 3rd year pharmacy intern at CVS Health, you'll work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist, ensuring a safe and effective Retail Pharmacy environment, delivering exceptional care to patients, and managing responsibility areas such as patient safety, regulatory compliance, customer support, inventory, and workflow. You'll be immersed in a culture focused on continuous improvement while contributing to CVS Health's goal of transforming health care.

Requirements:

Accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy
0-3 years relevant work experience
Must possess or be in process of obtaining valid intern and/or technician licensure as required
Strong communication and presentation skills
Complete all required training within state guidelines and required timeframe
Have regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
Be mobile and remain upright for extended periods of time
Lift, scan, and bag items
Finger Dexterity: Picking, pinching, typing or otherwise working primarily with fingers
Reach overhead
able to stretch or reach out with the body, arms, and/or legs to grasp items
Extend hand(s) and arm(s) multiple directions to place, move, or lift items
Precision control: able to adjust machines to exact positions
Stoop to move items between low and high positions
Visual Acuity: Close visual acuity to transcribe, view screens, read, and inspect small parts
Oral communication skills
Occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
