As a 3rd year pharmacy intern at CVS Health, you will work as part of the pharmacy team under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist. Responsibilities include patient safety, pharmacy professional practice, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, customer service, inventory management, and workflow management (excluding final prescription verification). You will also participate in patient care programs, support the team, and engage in continuous professional development.

Requirements:
Accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy
0-3 years relevant work experience
Must possess or be in process of obtaining valid intern and/or technician licensure as required
Strong communication and presentation skills
Complete all required training within state guidelines and required timeframe
Ability to have regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
Ability to be mobile and remain upright for extended periods of time
Ability to lift, scan, and bag items
Finger dexterity
Ability to reach overhead
Ability to extend hands and arms in multiple directions
Ability to stoop to a considerable degree
Visual acuity for precise tasks
Ability to orally communicate instructions
Occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Pharmacy interns should strive to provide patient immunizations once state regulations are met.
