Job Description:

As a pharmacy intern, you will be immersed in a culture of continuous improvement, aiming to change healthcare for the better. You will assist in pharmacy professional practices, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, customer service, inventory management, and workflow management under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.

Requirements:

Accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy
0-3 years relevant work experience
Must possess or be in process of obtaining valid intern and/or technician licensure as required
Strong communication and presentation skills
Complete all required training within state guidelines and required timeframe
Ability to have regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
Ability to be mobile and remain upright for extended periods of time
Ability to lift, scan, and bag items
Finger dexterity
Reach overhead
Extend hand(s) and arm(s) multiple directions
Precision control
Stoop to a considerable degree
Visual acuity
Ability to orally communicate information and instructions to colleagues and customers
Occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs
Complete any additional tasks as directed
Complete all required training and obtain required licensure.

Nice to have:

Immunization eligibility
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Striving to provide patient immunizations.
