Job Description:

As a 3rd year pharmacy intern at CVS Health, you will play a significant role in the pharmacy team under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist. Responsibilities include ensuring patient safety, inventory management, customer service, and quality assurance. CVS Health offers a culture of continuous improvement and opportunities for growth.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure safe and effective work environment in retail pharmacy
Manage patient care programs

Requirements:

Accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy
0-3 years relevant work experience
Must possess or be in process of obtaining valid intern and/or technician licensure as required
Strong communication and presentation skills
Complete all required training within state guidelines and required timeframe
Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
Be mobile and remain upright for extended periods of time
Lift, scan, and bag items
Finger Dexterity: Picking, pinching, typing or otherwise working primarily with fingers
Reach overhead
extend hand(s) and arm(s) multiple directions
Stoop to a considerable degree
Visual Acuity: Close visual acuity for activities involving computers or small parts
Oral communication skills
Occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs

Nice to have:

Immunization eligibility
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
