Job Description:

As a 3rd year pharmacy intern at CVS Health, you will work under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist, playing a critical role in retail pharmacy operations. Responsibilities include patient safety, inventory management, workflow supervision, and customer service. Maintain patient and customer health through pharmacy intern tasks including safety, inventory, and quality management.

Requirements:

Accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy
0-3 years relevant work experience
Must possess or be in process of obtaining valid intern and/or technician licensure as required
Strong communication and presentation skills
Complete all required training within state guidelines and required timeframe
Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
Ability to be mobile and remain upright for extended periods of time
Ability to lift, scan, and bag items
Finger dexterity for tasks such as picking, pinching, typing or otherwise working primarily with fingers
Ability to reach overhead, extend hand(s) and arm(s), stoop to move items, and use precision control
Visual acuity for activities such as transcribing, viewing a computer terminal, reading, and visual inspection of small parts
Oral communication skills to deliver information and instructions.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
