Job Description:

As a 3rd year pharmacy intern at CVS Health, you will work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist and play a vital role in ensuring a safe and effective Retail Pharmacy environment. Responsibilities include maintaining patient safety, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to grow professionally while contributing to the company's mission to improve access, lower costs, and enhance the quality of care for patients.

Job Responsibility:

Keep customers and patients healthy through adoption and management of patient care programs
Lead with empathy and compassion for patients, customers, caregivers, and colleagues

Requirements:

Accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy
0-3 years relevant work experience
Must possess or be in process of obtaining valid intern and/or technician licensure as required
Strong communication and presentation skills
Complete all required training within state guidelines and required timeframe
Ability to have regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
Ability to be mobile and remain upright for extended periods of time
Ability to lift, scan, and bag items
Finger dexterity
Ability to reach overhead
Ability to extend hand(s) and arm(s) in multiple directions
Precision control
Ability to stoop
Visual acuity
Ability to orally communicate information and instructions
Occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs.

Nice to have:

Immunization eligibility
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Strive to provide patient immunizations.
