Job Description:

As a 3rd year pharmacy intern at CVS Health, you will work under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist, playing a significant role in patient safety, pharmacy professional practice, customer service, inventory management, quality assurance, and workflow management excluding final prescription verification.

Requirements:

Accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy
0-3 years relevant work experience
Must possess or be in process of obtaining valid intern and/or technician licensure as required
Strong communication and presentation skills
Complete all required training within state guidelines and required timeframe
Ability to have regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
Ability to be mobile and remain upright for extended periods of time
Ability to lift, scan, and bag items
Finger Dexterity: Picking, pinching, typing or otherwise working primarily with fingers
Ability to reach overhead or stretch with body, arms, and/or legs to grasp items
Extend hand(s) and arm(s) multiple directions to place, move, or lift items
Precision control: able to adjust machines to exact positions
Ability to stoop to a considerable degree using lower extremities and back muscles
Visual Acuity: Close visual acuity for transcribing, viewing screens or reading
Ability to orally communicate instructions to colleagues or customers
Occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs
exerting up to 20 lbs. of force occasionally and/or up to 10 lbs. of force frequently

Nice to have:

Immunization eligibility
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Ability to provide patient immunizations once state regulations are met
