Job Description:

As a 3rd year pharmacy intern, under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist, you will play a critical role in ensuring a safe and effective Retail Pharmacy work environment. Responsibilities include patient care, customer service, inventory and workflow management, and regulatory compliance. The position offers opportunities to collaborate, grow, and contribute to health care innovation.

Requirements:

Accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy
0-3 years relevant work experience
must possess or be in process of obtaining valid intern and/or technician licensure as required
strong communication and presentation skills
complete all required training within state guidelines and required timeframe
ability to have regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
ability to be mobile and remain upright for extended periods of time
ability to lift, scan, and bag items
ability to perform tasks requiring finger dexterity such as typing
ability to reach overhead
ability to extend hand(s) and arm(s) multiple directions
ability to use precision control
ability to stoop to considerable degree
visual acuity for activities like transcribing and reading
ability to orally communicate information and instructions
occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds
exerting up to 20 lbs. of force occasionally and/or up to 10 lbs. of force frequently
negligible force for constant object movement.

Nice to have:

Immunization eligibility
proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
