Job Description:

As a 3rd year pharmacy intern at CVS Health, you will work under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist and play a key role in ensuring a safe and effective Retail Pharmacy work environment. Responsibilities include adopting patient care programs, maintaining regulatory compliance, and collaborating with others to deliver excellent care.

Workflow management excluding final prescription verification
Adopt and manage patient care programs

Requirements:

Accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy
0-3 years relevant work experience
Must possess or be in process of obtaining valid intern and/or technician licensure as required
Strong communication and presentation skills
Complete all required training within state guidelines and required timeframe
Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
Mobility and ability to remain upright for extended periods of time
Ability to lift, scan, and bag items
Finger dexterity for handling small-scale tasks
Ability to reach overhead and perform precise control of machinery
Ability to stoop and bend
Close visual acuity for inspection and screen use
Oral communication skills
Occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs

Nice to have:

Immunization eligibility
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
