Job Description:

As a 3rd year pharmacy intern at CVS Health, you will work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to ensure a safe and effective Retail Pharmacy work environment. Responsibilities include patient safety, regulatory compliance, inventory management, and facilitating a team culture focused on patient care.

Requirements:

Accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy
0-3 years relevant work experience
Must possess or be in process of obtaining valid intern and/or technician licensure as required
Strong communication and presentation skills
Complete all required training within state guidelines and required timeframe
Ability to have regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
Able to be mobile and remain upright for extended periods of time
Able to lift, scan, and bag items
Finger dexterity to perform tasks
Reach overhead
Extend hand(s) and arm(s) in multiple directions
Precision control to adjust machines
Stoop to move items between low and high positions
Close visual acuity for tasks like transcribing, computer use, and reading
Able to orally communicate information and instructions
Occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs
Exerting up to 20 lbs of force occasionally, 10 lbs frequently, or negligible force constantly
Complete all required training and obtain required licensure (if applicable) within state guidelines

Nice to have:

Immunization eligibility
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Striving to provide patient immunizations once state regulations are met
