As a 3rd year pharmacy intern, you'll work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist, playing a vital role in ensuring a safe and effective retail pharmacy environment while also delivering exceptional patient care. Responsibilities include managing patient care programs, promoting safety and compliance, providing customer service, and assisting with pharmacy operations.

Workflow management excluding final prescription verification
Complete any additional tasks as directed by supervisor or manager.
Requirements:
Accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy
0-3 years relevant work experience
Must possess or be in process of obtaining valid intern and/or technician licensure as required
Strong communication and presentation skills
Complete all required training within state guidelines and required timeframe
Ability to have regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
Ability to be mobile and remain upright for extended periods of time
Ability to lift, scan, and bag items
Finger dexterity, such as typing or working with fingers
Ability to reach overhead and extend hands and arms in multiple directions
Precision control, such as adjusting machines
Ability to stoop, bend at the waist, and lift or move items between low and high positions
Visual acuity for activities like transcribing and reading
Ability to communicate orally
Occasional lifting up to 20 lbs
Exerting up to 20 lbs of force occasionally or up to 10 lbs frequently.

Immunization eligibility
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Ability to provide patient immunizations once state regulations are met.
