Job Description:

As a 3rd year pharmacy intern at CVS Health, you will play a critical role in delivering health care to patients, working closely with a licensed pharmacist under supervision. Responsibilities include ensuring a safe and effective environment, managing patient care programs, and providing customer service. You will be immersed in CVS Health's culture and values while gaining professional experience.

Requirements:

Accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy
0-3 years relevant work experience
Must possess or be in process of obtaining valid intern and/or technician licensure as required
Strong communication and presentation skills
Complete all required training within state guidelines and required timeframe
Ability to have regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
Ability to be mobile and remain upright for extended periods of time
Ability to lift, scan, and bag items
Finger dexterity: picking, pinching, typing or otherwise working primarily with fingers rather than whole hand or arm
Ability to reach overhead and stretch or reach out with the body, arms, and/or legs to grasp items
Precision control: able to adjust machines to exact positions
Ability to stoop to a considerable degree using the lower extremities and back muscles to move items
Visual acuity: able to perform activities such as transcribing, viewing computer terminals, reading, and visual inspections of small parts
Able to orally communicate information and instructions to colleagues and customers
Occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs.

Nice to have:

Immunization eligibility
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
