Job Description:

As a 3rd year pharmacy intern at CVS Health, deliver exceptional care under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. Responsibilities include quality assurance, inventory management, workflow management, patient safety, and customer service.

Requirements:

Accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy
0-3 years relevant work experience
Must possess or be in process of obtaining valid intern and/or technician licensure as required
Strong communication and presentation skills
Complete all required training within state guidelines and required timeframe
Ability to have regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
Be mobile and remain upright for extended periods of time
Lift, scan, and bag items
Finger Dexterity: Picking, pinching, typing or otherwise working primarily with fingers
Reach overhead
able to stretch or reach out with the body, arms, and/or legs to grasp items
Extend hand(s) and arm(s) multiple directions
Precision control: able to adjust machines to exact positions
Stoop to a considerable degree requiring full use of lower extremities and back muscles
Visual Acuity: Close visual acuity to transcribe, view a computer terminal, read, or perform inspections involving small parts
Able to orally communicate information and instructions
Occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs
exerting up to 20 lbs. of force occasionally and 10 lbs. frequently.

Nice to have:

Immunization eligibility
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Providing patient immunizations once state regulations are met.
