Job Description:

As a 3rd year pharmacy intern, you will work alongside licensed pharmacists, delivering patient care and a better health experience. Responsibilities include ensuring a smooth retail pharmacy workflow, managing inventory, meeting regulatory standards, and promoting customer care programs. You will grow professionally in CVS's culture of continuous improvement and innovation in healthcare services.

Requirements:

Accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy
0-3 years relevant work experience
Must possess or be in process of obtaining valid intern and/or technician licensure as required
Strong communication and presentation skills
Complete all required training within state guidelines and required timeframe
Regular and predictable attendance including nights and weekends
Mobility and ability to remain upright for extended periods of time
Ability to lift, scan, and bag items
Dexterity for tasks involving fingers
Overhead stretching and reaching
Precision control for adjusting machines
Ability to bend and stoop
Close visual acuity for detailed work
Oral communication skills
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally or exert minimal force frequently
Completion of additional tasks as directed
Completion of required training and obtaining licensure.

Immunization eligibility
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Striving to provide patient immunizations as state regulations are met.
