As a 3rd year pharmacy intern at CVS Health, you will work under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist to ensure a safe and effective retail pharmacy work environment. Responsibilities include patient safety, inventory management, quality assurance, customer service, and contributing to a culture of care. This role is instrumental in fostering health care innovation and improving patient outcomes.

Requirements:
Accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy
0-3 years relevant work experience
Must possess or be in process of obtaining valid intern and/or technician licensure as required
Strong communication and presentation skills
Complete all required training within state guidelines and required timeframe
Have regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
Be mobile and remain upright for extended periods of time
Lift, scan, and bag items
Picking, pinching, typing or otherwise working primarily with fingers
Reach overhead, stretch or reach out with the body, arms, and/or legs to grasp items
Extend hand(s) and arm(s) in multiple directions
Precision control to adjust machines
Stoop to a considerable degree for item movement
Close visual acuity for reading and visual inspection
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
Nice to have:
Immunization eligibility
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Once state regulations are met, pharmacy interns should be striving to provide patient immunizations.
